You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. x777cc will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Your x777cc Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any third party. Allowing another person to use your Account, or using another person's Account, is prohibited.

x777cc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonus Funds that have not yet been credited at the time of cancellation will not be awarded.

x777cc reserves the right to void bets placed in error, placed using exploits, or placed in contravention of these Terms. Stakes for voided bets will be returned to the player's Account Balance.
x777cc strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of twenty-one (21) years for all Players. Age verification is conducted during registration and may be requested at any subsequent point. Any Account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds therein will be handled in accordance with applicable law and regulatory guidance.
All x777cc Players may set the following self-imposed limits from their Account Settings at any time: (a) daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; (b) session time alerts; (c) loss limits; and (d) wagering limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period.
Players who wish to take a temporary break from gaming may activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from x777cc may request permanent self-exclusion via the Account Settings or by contacting support. A mandatory 7-day confirmation period applies to permanent self-exclusion requests. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by x777cc's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
x777cc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
In summary, x777cc collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of relevant promotional communications. x777cc does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data held by x777cc, subject to legal retention obligations. Requests should be submitted to [email protected].
You may close your x777cc Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and the exclusion of Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements.
x777cc reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable belief that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your Account has been used for Prohibited Conduct; (c) you have provided false or misleading information; (d) continuation of the Account would expose x777cc to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk; or (e) x777cc is required to do so by law or regulatory directive.
Upon termination, your right to access the x777cc platform ceases immediately. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon termination. The disposition of real-money Balances upon termination for cause will be determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law and regulatory guidance.
In the event of a dispute, complaint, or concern regarding any aspect of the x777cc platform or Services, you should first contact x777cc's customer support team via live chat or email. x777cc aims to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through internal processes, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms applicable to licensed Philippine gaming operators.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such disputes, subject to any mandatory PAGCOR arbitration or dispute resolution processes.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English language version shall prevail.

Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a more immediate change is required by law or regulatory direction.
